Service
As part of the
implementation of an Office Planet supply solution, an audit of
the existing service arrangements would be conducted on a location-by-location
basis.
One thing that
customers can be sure of, is that the partners that make up the
Office Planet network are all independently
successful and have built up a reputation for service and quality that has been
researched thoroughly by Office Planet
prior to their inclusion in the programme.
Unlike small offices of large international dealers, the independent
dealers that are part of Office Planet
want to be in the programme voluntarily and have invested financially to
support heir involvement.
In any event
there are very few truly international dealers that can cope with
the demands of servicing the offices of some of our customers in
the more exotic locations, after all, how many office supplies companies
do you know with offices in Seattle, Siena and Surinam?
Our undertaking
is to measure our service performance centrally to ensure that exceeds
our customers expectations, and if it doesn't then remedial action
can be taken more easily by changing the partner of the Office Planet
community, than by closing an office that is part of an international
dealer.
We provide a
bulletin board for service comments to be brought to the attention
of the Office Planet network members and the customers various offices can
use it to share views and information across country borders. We're
sure that through our careful alliance with the better independent
dealers, we'll collectively provide a service that you'll be happy
to recommend to others.
